- An National Drug Code (NDC) is a unique identifier for drugs in the United States. It should be on the drug’s label, packaging, or box.
- This is NOT the same as your RX number. Make sure you enter the NDC number, not the RX number.
- You can enter it with or without dashes. The number will be between 8 and 11 digits.
